All usernames will be your email address used when you registered to our website.

If you forgot or want to reset your password click on the link on the top menu navigation labeled “Change Your Password?”. This will take you to a page with instructions on how to reset your password.

No, we do not ship you a physical product. All product purchases can be used via the BrainTek Mobile Solutions website. All you need to do is login into your account and you will have access to all your products.

You will have access to the product for the life of your purchase unless the terms of the product change. In the case of a change of terms on the product you purchased we will notify you as soon as possible. At this time all our products are available for the life of the purchase.

All accounts are created during the process of purchasing our product(s). Once you create an account you will be notified via email with your information as well as a receipt of what you purchased.

1) To gain access to your product purchase(s) click on the link in the above navigation labeled “My Inventory”. 


 

 

2) You will be taken to a login page where you will log in with your email address and password that you created.

3) Once logged in you will be taken to your dashboard where you will see your  ” My Memberships”.  In the “My Memberships”  you will see all your products that you purchased with links to the products themselves. Click on “View Product” of the product you want to view.

4) After you click on “View Product” you will be taken to the product description page where you will then click on “View Pages” to gain access to your product.
